Reiki Healing Circle Postponed!
A great way to experience Reiki for the first time is in a healing circle. Reiki Practitioners gather along with members of the community to practice their skills, meet like-minded individuals, and share their offerings with the community. Our goal for this session is to encourage all to embrace change, cleanse ourselves of negative thoughts, and welcome newness with a sense of wonder. Use this time to discover how to maintain peace in times of uncertainty.
Consume plenty of alkaline or spring water (at least 16 ounces) after the healing circle. We also recommend eating plant-based meals along with more water throughout the day to maximize the benefits. Many people feel revived after Reiki while others may experience headaches, nausea, or emotional discomfort. This is known as a healing crisis or Herxheimer Reaction where the body feels sick before it begins to heal. It should only last a few hours; however, the consumption of meat, sugar, alcohol, drugs or caffeine can worsen the effects.
